Designed for Labeling Automation

Our Auto Series labels, designed specifically for labeling automation systems, are produced with value-added features such as:

Lifetime Equipment Warranty
In many cases, we offer a limited hardware warranty for our customer’s labeling equipment for as long as our labels are used.

Clear Leaders and Trailers
We can remove the labels from both the start and end of the label rolls. This makes loading the labels easier and also allows fast detection of the end of the label roll.

Label/Ribbon Kits
For customers using thermal transfer technology, we can provide kits with labels and ribbons of matched length. This ensures that labels and ribbons can both be replenished at the same time, reducing the need for additional stops and unnecessary waste.

Precision Die Cut Depth
This provides a consistent peel of the label from the silicone backing liner, ensuring consistent applicator operation and maximum uptime.

Precision Edge Trim
Poor edge trim can result in the buildup of unnecessary dust on the platen roller, which can ultimately affect indexing accuracy of the printer, media jams, or incorrect label placement. The precision edge trimming of our label stock ensures consistent label printing and placement.

Real and Differentiated Benefits

We’re distinctly different from our competitors. You won’t find another labeling automation manufacturer that comes close to offering this type of label service and support for the systems that utilize our own label stock.

Reliability and Accountability
Our label stock is designed specifically for your systems and requirements, so you avoid any unnecessary label issues during your commissioning and go-live process. Plus, as the provider of both system and consumables, you are dealing with a single source for your labeling automation support.

Print Head Wipes Included w/ Premium Thermal Transfer and Direct Thermal Labels
Unlike alcohol wipes, typically used for cleaning print heads and rollers, the wipes produced by ID Technology are specifically designed to remove the adhesive and dirt that build up on the print heads and rollers of printer applicators. Larger and wetter than standard wipes, ID Technology wipes are included in each case of premium labels.

This means that the wipes are presented to the operators at the perfect time – when the machine has run out of labels. When the operator opens the case of labels, a wipe is available exactly when they need it.
