Newly Released Integrated RFID Print and Apply Labeling System
The newly released EPI/SATO RFID Print and Apply system handles RFID label application with one simple, fully integrated labeler system. The label stock is supplied with an embedded RFID transponder; the system then encodes the label, verifies for accuracy, prints the label and applies it to your product via applicators. Due to its modular construction the machine is easily integrated into your existing work flow or can be configured as a standalone unit.
RFID Print and Apply Labeler Handles Quality Check
In case of a tag failure, the system marks the label as “bad” and supplies a “bad tag” output that can be integrated into a material handling system to insure that no non-conforming product makes it to your customer.
