Carton & Case Corner Labeler
EPI designs case and carton labeling systems for most case erectors and cartoners in today’s markets. Our models include corner labeling systems for side, front and top. Multi-panel labeling applicators can be integrated with a printer for batch, product, logo or bar code information printing to labels. As with all of EPI’s systems these units customize to your equipment to ensure the most efficient operation of your packaging line.
Easy Corner Labeling
Our corner labeling systems have been designed to apply square or rounded labels to the leading or trailing edge of your carton. The label is applied to two sides of your package so that batch and product data can be seen on both sides of the carton. The trailing edge unit has a rigid mounting structure with gentle tamp application to minimize vibration. The leading edge corner labeling system utilizes a special applicator assembly (patent pending) to advance and apply the label to the front and side of your carton. Both systems can incorporate a wipe mechanism to ensure your label is securely adhered to the box.
EPI’s carton and case labeling systems are designed with space requirements in mind and mounted as part of your cartoner line. The units can be configured to place the label on the carton where needed – whether the top, side or front. Our systems are designed as tamp or vac blow labeling system based on your application.
Multi-Panel Label Applicators Designed For Minimum Wear & Tear
All labelers are easy to set up and operate with a minimum of moving or wear parts and have been engineered to operate 24/7 with few maintenance requirements.
A programmable thermal transfer or ink jet printer can be added to the system to print barcode, date, or other production data.
